With almost 20 years experience in the industry, Dan founded Bright Projects in 2021 to offer a smaller, client focused Design & Build company. Starting on-site and working his way up, Dan’s experience spans across (almost!) all disciplines. Whether it be technical, build, budget or timescales Dan’s your man!

Creative Director
Whilst Dan’s expertise cover most aspects, he leaves the design to Cat! Cat has a wealth of experience in the Design & Build industry, working on a vast range of project sizes across many business sectors. Cat prides herself on being commercially minded whilst always protecting the creative integrity of projects.
LUKE WRIGHT,
Construction Director
Starting on-site 15 years ago, Luke has worked his way through the ranks to Construction Director. Luke’s involvement begins in the pre-construction stage with Dan & Cat to ensure a seamless transition to the build phase. It is on-site that Luke really comes into his own though, managing the everyday logistics and keeping everyone on track.

Site Manager
As Luke’s mentor, everyone’s favourite Uncle Scott has been managing sites for so long he’s lost count! Scott’s experience is unparalleled, and he ensures the day to day running of site is done efficiently. As a seasoned professional, Scott’s calm demeanour keeps everyone at ease, and if you’re lucky you might get a good dad joke along the way!
RYAN COLE,
Estimator
Ryan is fairly new to the industry and approaches every project with the same eagerness & dedication. Ryan’s responsibilities focus on the technical development of the projects and include working with Dan on the costings & timeframes. We think Dan might have seen a younger version of himself when hiring Ryan…
Kelly McDonnell,
Operations Director
Kelly manages everything in between, placing people at the heart of the operation and keeping us all on track. Kelly’s organisational skills ensure our processes are clearly coordinated and adhered to. Kelly is pro-active in improving quality and directing performance across the business.
